We are developing Pelican Point Subdivision in the Caye Caulker area, and will also build a full service marina.

Currently we sell diesel, gasoline and lube -- and water when available. The Trickster can deliver diesel to the yachts Monday-Saturday 8-5. Other times or Sundays would have to be by special arrangement. Delivery charge is BZ$15 (US$7.50). Our fuel barge is a landing craft called The Trickster, and is equipment with painted tires and fenders.

We will eventually be selling ice, bottled water, drinks, beer, etc. I also hope to provide a provision delivery service but will be a bit before these are in place.

I have a very reliable and trustworthy employee in Belize City -- runs a taxi -- arrangements can be made for him to run errands, pickup or sent out equipment, etc. either by water taxi, airplane or Trickster if in City.

We sent in an outboard for repair this week -- went by water taxi, Greg met the water taxi, delivered for repair and returned to water taxi.
